South China Hotel Group: Unified Leather Amenities Across 38 Properties

The customer is a mid-market business hotel group with 38 properties in South China. Leather amenities had previously come from several suppliers, so colours and stamping fonts did not match and refurbishment reordering was difficult. We first fixed the primary colour (dark grey-brown) and accent (champagne foil) from their VI manual, using a single PU batch to avoid lot variation, then unified nine categories — service folders, menu covers, memo boxes, pen holders, trays, tissue boxes, amenity organisers, luggage tags and key pouches — under one structural language and corner radius. Production was scheduled property by property: six pilot hotels ran for two months without complaints before full rollout, completing all 38 in five months. All tooling and colour cards are retained so that even small single-property reorders match the original batch. Rolling quarterly replenishment now runs at about 12% of the initial volume per year.
