Polish Watch Brand: Integrated 12-slot Box with Winder

The customer focuses on 42-44 mm mechanical watches that do not fit generic boxes, and needed static storage plus automatic winding in one case. We set the internal height at 21 mm to suit their movements and made pillows with a 68 mm circumference for 22 mm straps. Of the twelve positions, four carry USB-powered winders, bidirectional with adjustable turns up to 1,000 per day, while eight are static. The window uses 3 mm acrylic instead of glass, cutting transit breakage from 6% at sampling to 0.4%. The shell is matte PU with dark brown stitching and a laser-engraved logo that reads as pale gold on the dark surface. A third-party audit commissioned by the customer visited in 2025 and passed our quality system, fire safety and labour practices. Annual volume is around 4,000 units, and the customer has since added a single watch box and a travel roll.
