Send us dimensions, material, tray layers and use case — or just a reference photo or physical sample. Quotation within 24 hours.

Design & Pattern Making

Designers produce structure drawings and colourways while pattern makers cut the first version, confirming interior dividers, hardware positions and logo treatment.

Sample Approval

Samples ready and shipped in 3-15 days, revised until approved. Sample cost is credited against your bulk order.

Bulk Production

Production is scheduled after sample approval and deposit. Cutting, bonding, edging, lining and hardware run on dedicated lines with in-process sampling.

Quality Inspection

Every finished piece is checked for appearance, lid action, lock strength and lining fit. Full inspection with photo records before shipment.

Packing & Shipping

Colour boxes, insert cards and cartons supplied as a set. Sea, air, express or direct delivery to cross-border e-commerce warehouses.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Stock designs can be ordered in small quantities. Custom items normally start from 300-500 pcs, or fewer if the structure is simple or reuses existing tooling. Trial orders from cross-border sellers are welcome.
Can you produce to our drawings or samples?
Yes. We offer material-supplied processing, sample-based, drawing-based, OEM and ODM cooperation. Our design and pattern team confirms structure drawings before tooling.
How can our logo be applied?
Debossing, silk screen, gold or silver foil, laser engraving, embroidery, heat transfer and pad printing are all available. Send a vector file and we will sample it. Gold foil or laser works best on dark leather.
What are your sampling and production lead times?
Samples take 3-5 days from existing tooling and 7-15 days for new development. Bulk orders usually ship in 15-30 days depending on quantity, process and season.
What payment and shipping terms do you support?
Typically 30% deposit with the balance before shipment, by wire transfer or common cross-border payment channels. Sea, air, express or direct delivery to marketplace warehouses.
Can we visit the factory or arrange an audit?
Welcome. Our factory is at A2033, Jiyin Leather Plaza, Xinsheng Community, Longgang District, Shenzhen. Book in advance for a visit; third-party audits are also accepted.
